The HOYO Industrial Co.,Ltd was established in 1989, with the main operation for manufacturing the plastic products. In 1995 it was renamed as HOYO Industrial Co.,Ltd
Cooperation, producing the series products of hacks, clothes racks, clothes-pins, etc.
The company occupies 24,000 square meters, and 31,700 square meters building area. It owns more than 1,000 employees and 280 production equipments, with the productive capacity for family plastic goods of eighty 40-feet containers per month. 80% of its products sell to Japan, Occident and Southeast Asia. The technique of the hacks products has reached the level of the same trade of Japan.
The company has earned foreign exchange of 8.5 million US Dollar in 2001, and it can most possibly reach 11 million US Dollar in 2002.

Early in 1994, HOYO Industrial Co.,Ltd has taken the lead of the same trade in using CAD technics. After six years¡¯ endeavors and improvements, it has formed an efficient and precise Computer Designing System of network, standardization and modernization. In recent years the cooperation continuously invests several million yuan to perfect its software and hardware equipments.
High technological measures have been performed in packing and upholster of products.
The cooperation invested several thousands yuan to purchase the advanced photocomposition equipments and use for the packing and upholster of new products. This greatly improves the quality and speed for designing products.
The technological content of the products has increased gradually.
Cooperating closely with the science research department and the suppliers, and using the modern technology to change and improve the plastic materials, HOYO Industrial Co.,Ltd has produced various top-grade household goods. For example, the ability of their products to endure the insolation has increased three times, the ability to endure the disturbance in wind and rain increased twice, and the products hold size even to bear the -25¡æ or very high temperature. All these facts make their products keep ahead of the similar competitive grade, and take some share in the manufacturing market of the advanced countries, such as Japan.
The mould producing equipment is advanced.
The mould workshop now has the advanced Overturn Machine, Digital-controlled Processing Center, Electric-spark Moulding Machine and Vertical Numerically- controlled Milling Machine, etc. These equipments ensure the moulds qualities and producing speeds.
The adoption of the modern enterprise management makes a firm foundation for the scientific administration of the company.
In 1995 the cooperation imported the CI Project, worked out the CI Manual, and promoted ¡°HOYO¡± Brand. All these have improved the corporate identity and its popularity both in demotic and international markets, bringing a new motivity for the development of the company.
In 1995 HOYO Industrial Co.,Ltd cooperated with South China University of Technology to develop successfully the Production Plan Management Software, which played favorable effect for the production and management in working process. In 1996 the two parts cooperated again to improve this software with great success, which was kept in use until August 2000 when Hao You cooperation developed by themselves the software MRP II.
Regards to the quality management, the company won the ISO9001 Quality System Authentication certificate issued by the German Rheinland Cooperation in October 1998. It became the first domestic company of producing plastic goods to pass this certification. In October 2001 it again passed the ISO9001 Quality Management Systems authentication, which improved its quality management to a new step.
Regards to the administration measures, the company has over 70 computers, widely using computer network for information communication. The employees have many opportunities for trains, and improve continuously their ability and operation levels.
